Berry Banana Immune Support Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup orange juice fresh squeezed or from the carton
- honey or sugar to taste
