High-Protein Strawberry Banana Pineapple Smoothie
- 2 large bananas
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup ice
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1-1/2 to 2 scoops Whey or Soy Protein Blend
- 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt or soy-yogurt.
- Place bananas, pineapple and ice in a blender.
- Pour in the pineapple juice.
- Add the Protein powder of your choice.
- Add the yogurt.
- Cover and puree until smooth.
